How much does it cost?
The Playbook is a one-time $499 and yours forever. Packed Out, Managed (done-for-you) is a monthly retainer scoped to your venue, which we quote on the fit call once we know what you actually need. No big setup fees, no long lock-in.
Do you lock me into a long contract?
No. Managed runs month to month. We would rather earn the next month with results you can see in covers and dollars than trap you in a 12-month deal you cannot leave.
Which cities do you work with?
We work with independent venues right across Australia. Most of our work is in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, but the system works anywhere you have a local catchment to draw from.
What actually happens on the 15-minute fit call?
No pitch. We look at what you are doing now, tell you straight whether we can move covers for your venue and roughly what it would cost. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a week or two of the fit call, depending on the build. Whatever the scope, the first thing we go after is your quietest service, because that is the fastest money on the table.
